Average Delivery Times
We are committed to providing the best value for money. That’s why we choose to ship products directly from our supplier. This allows us to significantly save on transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, and offer the products at a fair price. Every order is processed within 1-2 business days, and the average delivery time is 4 - 12 business days.

We understand that you want to know when to expect your order, and we strive to fulfill our promise. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or delays with carriers, may affect the delivery time. Thank you for your trust in us!

Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and delivery, so there is always some time to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe that you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Track and Trace indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided, but you have not yet received your order. Please inform us, 14 days after the specified delivery date, the post office will initiate an investigation and we will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • For Credit Card payments: within 4 hours of placing the order
After these timeframes, orders are processed automatically and can no longer be cancelled.


NOTE: If a customer does not respond to confirm their cancellation within 24 hours, we will proceed with the order!
